Fourfront Group Celebrates Trio of Prestigious Awards

We’re absolutely delighted to share that Fourfront Group, Area’s parent company, has recently received three remarkable awards, recognising our commitment to creating an exceptional workplace. These honours highlight our dedication to employee wellbeing and our ongoing efforts to ensure our team thrives.

We’ve been named one of 'Britain’s Healthiest Workplaces' by Vitality! This award is a big nod to our commitment to the health and wellness of our team. Last year, we encouraged everyone to participate in what’s known as the UK’s largest employee wellbeing survey. This national recognition is a testament to the positive impact of our wellness initiatives and our collective efforts in creating a healthier work environment.

We’re also thrilled to announce that Fourfront Group has been ranked 25th in the medium-sized category (50-499 employees) at the Inspiring Workplaces Awards. This is an incredible achievement, placing us next to well-known brands like Aldi, Hovis and H&M. We were recognised for our work in six key areas: Culture & Purpose, Leadership, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Communication, and Experience. Plus, we snagged the ‘Best in Class’ award for our Wellbeing offering, thanks to our impressive engagement levels and outstanding workplace culture.
