We are proud to see our new Office Space in Town (OSiT) project as Mix Award 2025 finalist. Located at 46 New Broad Street, its design is inspired by the board game Monopoly. Known for its highly themed environments, OSiT creates spaces that blend creativity, community, and wellbeing while balancing playfulness with sophistication.

From themed meeting rooms to beautifully crafted communal areas, every detail was designed to surprise and delight, while supporting the practical needs of modern businesses.

We’re delighted that Burne Business Park is a finalist in the Projects up to 2,500 m² category at the British Council for Offices Awards 2025, celebrating outstanding workplace design.

We're proud that our B100 Bourne Business Park project was selected as a finalist in the BREEAM Awards, which spotlight the highest-performing sustainable buildings across the globe. Achieving BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A, the project demonstrates how thoughtful design and sustainable innovation can go hand in hand. From biophilic features and efficient systems to responsible material choices, the building sets a new benchmark for workplace sustainability.
