Rob Frank joins Fourfront Group as Operations Director

We’re pleased to welcome Rob Frank to Fourfront Group as our new Operations Director.

Rob’s role will focus on operations across our group businesses, bringing a stronger operational voice to how we plan, resource and deliver projects within Area, Sketch Studios and 360 Workplace.

A focus on exceptional delivery

The goal is simple: exceptional performance and exceptional delivery.

For us, that means being consistent – not just project to project, but studio to studio and region to region. Consistent delivery helps ensure we continue to provide the high standards our clients expect across the whole business.

Rob will spend his first few months immersing himself in the business – listening to teams, understanding how work flows from early-stage planning through to pre-contracts, design, furniture, logistics and construction, and gaining a clear picture of how the business operates day to day. This will help identify opportunities to support teams and further strengthen how we deliver for our clients.

Rob brings extensive experience leading large, multi-location workplace and design-and-build businesses across Europe. Throughout his career he has focused on driving operational excellence, improving consistency of delivery and supporting strong customer experiences.
