When Wildstone consolidated its two UK offices into a single location at 50 Eastbourne Terrace, it seized the opportunity to create a workplace that embodies its refined professional identity. Area worked alongside the Wildstone team to design and deliver a headquarters which balances a soft architectural palette with high energy artwork and collaborative spaces, while creating a professional and timeless environment for clients.
Wildstone’s brief was clear: evolve the brand’s aesthetic into a built environment that feels natural, calm, and professional, while supporting contemporary ways of working. At every turn, the design prioritises elegance, comfort, and professionalism, defining a space that feels purposeful in everyday use.
Designed as a refined introduction to the brand, the reception provides a welcoming yet professional first impression for visitors. Materials and finishes were selected to create a calm, neutral backdrop, allowing subtle brand elements and curated artwork to bring personality without overwhelming the space.
Beyond reception, a large boardroom anchors the workplace and supports high-profile meetings, while a series of smaller meeting rooms provide flexibility for day-to-day collaboration. Focus pods and quieter areas are distributed throughout the floorplate, giving employees choice and control over how and where they work.
The working area is organised into distinct team zones for Sales, Finance and Development, creating micro-neighbourhoods that encourage collaboration while maintaining structure and flow. Technology is seamlessly embedded, enabling effective virtual collaboration while remaining largely invisible.
The workspace reflects Wildstone’s brand identity with sophistication and intention. It enhances operational efficiency, improves meeting equity across teams, and offers a flexible environment built for growth across Europe. Wildstone now has a home that meets its operational needs while expressing a clear and confident sense of identity.
