We are proud to see our new Office Space in Town (OSiT) project as Mix Award 2025 finalist. Located at 46 New Broad Street, its design is inspired by the board game Monopoly. Known for its highly themed environments, OSiT creates spaces that blend creativity, community, and wellbeing while balancing playfulness with sophistication.

Office Space in Town has been awarded International Design Office of the Year at the Office of the Year Awards. This one-of-a-kind serviced office takes inspiration from classic British literature, delivering a bold, immersive design experience. From themed meeting rooms to beautifully crafted communal areas, every detail was designed to surprise and delight, while supporting the practical needs of modern businesses.
